This brewery had several locations serving their own craft beers, but each location had different levels of product knowledge, which worried management due to a number of growing customer complaints. Employees worked different hours and weren’t always onsite to attend product knowledge training. This meant that the company needed a simple and easy-to-use product guide that staff could easily reference on their iPads behind the bar.
User-Friendly Design
This infographic is simple and easy to use. Staff can see all of the beers on one screen, then simply click or touch the picture of a beer they want to learn more about. When they’re done reading, they touch the beer again to go back to the picture.

By providing instant access to detailed beer descriptions and flavor profiles, this guide reduces training gaps, increases consistency across locations, and ensures every employee can provide excellent service, no matter their schedule or prior training.
Visually Engaging
The infographic uses the brewery’s unique branding elements, with custom colors, typography, and imagery, to create an eye-catching design. Each beer’s picture is accompanied by a brief but engaging description, ensuring it’s not only functional but also on-brand and aesthetically pleasing.
